Whether you’re facing grief, anxiety, relationship struggles, or spiritual confusion, we’re here to walk beside you with prayerful support and God’s unchanging truth. We're committed to providing a safe, non-judgmental space for people to explore their struggles and find hope, healing, and restoration in Christ.

Our Counseling Approach

At Livinggrace Biblical Counseling, we believe true healing isn’t just emotional or behavioral—it’s spiritual. Biblical counseling is a Christ-centered approach to care that looks to God’s Word as the ultimate guide for life, healing, and restoration.

Unlike secular counseling, which often draws on humanistic psychology or evolving social norms, biblical counseling is grounded in timeless truth. We view each person as beautifully created in God’s image yet affected by the brokenness of sin—and we believe lasting transformation happens through the renewing power of the Holy Spirit.

Our sessions are:

  • Rooted in Scripture — God’s Word offers the wisdom, hope, and clarity we need.
  • Led by the Spirit — We prayerfully seek the Holy Spirit’s guidance in every step.
  • Centered on Christ — He is our Counselor, Redeemer, and ultimate source of healing.

Key Biblical Principles That Ground Our Counseling Practice

  • The Sufficiency of Scripture: “All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness…” (2 Timothy 3:16-17). This emphasizes that God’s Word offers everything we need for life and godliness.
  • The Condition of the Human Heart: “The heart is deceitful above all things and desperately sick; who can understand it?” (Jeremiah 17:9). Real change begins in the heart.
  • The Role of the Holy Spirit: “But the Helper, the Holy Spirit… will teach you all things…” (John 14:26). Transformation comes through the Spirit’s renewing work.
  • The Goal of Sanctification: “For this is the will of God, your sanctification…” (1 Thessalonians 4:3). It’s not just relief, but growth in holiness and obedience.
  • One-Another Ministry: “Bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ.” (Galatians 6:2). Biblical counseling is personal discipleship in action.
Nnamdi Amadike - Biblical Counselor

Nnamdi Amadike, Ph.D

Nnamdi is a biblical counselor with one year of ministry experience. He holds a Ph.D. in Christian Counseling from Louisiana Baptist University. His calling was born out of a season of deep personal hardship.

About twelve years ago, he faced financial ruin from a failed business. What felt like a collapse became the turning point of his life. In that difficult season, God met him, redirected his path, and opened his eyes to a new purpose.

What began as loss became a journey of spiritual rebuilding. God gradually drew Nnamdi out of the corporate world and into a life of service through biblical counseling. His training became the most significant source of spiritual growth in his life, as Scripture and the work of the Holy Spirit exposed sins, limitations, and blind spots, bringing healing and clarity.

Through this process, God opened Scripture to Nnamdi with new depth and understanding. The Word became alive, personal, and transformative. As God healed and reshaped him, He also placed a burden on his heart to walk with others through their own valleys.

Nnamdi’s counseling approach is rooted in the belief that God meets us in our brokenness—not to shame us, but to restore us. He helps individuals and families explore their struggles through the lens of Scripture, cultural understanding, and compassionate presence.

Today, Nnamdi counsels from lived experience, renewed faith, and a deep conviction that God restores what is broken. He has been married to his wife, Amaka, for 27 years, and they live in Calgary with their four children.
